I, Reynaldo Hinojales, reside at 11958 Knoefler Dr., Riverside, in the above-identified County and State.

I was a client of Joel Bander and Timothy F. Umbreit of the Bander Law Firm. As such, I was a Petitioner in a Bankruptcy case filed in my name, without my consent. I paid the Bander Law Firm a retainer fee of $12,000.

I was informed of the date, time and location of the 341(a) Meeting of Creditors. I was told by one or both of the above attorneys that I must attend the meeting in order to save my house and to inform the Bankruptcy Trustee that I had only paid the attorneys $2,000, which was a lie.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
