I, Reynaldo Hinojales, hereby declare the following:

1. I am over 18 years of age and I reside at 11958 Knoefler Drive, Riverside, CA 92505.

2. On or about August 20, 2009, I got a call from someone who identified himself as an employee of Miller Law Office.

3. I was enticed that they will file a Bankruptcy case on my behalf of free, if I sign a declaration against Bander Law Firm.

4. I did not fully understand the content of document. The declaration was misunderstood by me.

5. It is my desire to retract wholly what I expressed in that document. Furthermore, the declaration does not in any way reflect clearly and honestly my true feelings of facts concerning Bander Law Firm.

6. After seriously reviewing the events that had transpired, I am more than willing to correct that declaration.

I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed at Riverside, California.
